
The biennial conference, Key Environmental Issues in U.S. EPA Region 2, will be held June 6 at Columbia Law School in Manhattan. Among the speakers will be Pete Lopez, the new Region 2 Regional Administrator; the Commissioners of the environmental departments of NYS, NJ, NYC, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands; and other key federal and state officials.
Topics will include climate and air pollution; civil and criminal enforcement; environmental justice; infrastructure; contaminated site cleanup and redevelopment; wetlands; coastal resilience; and offshore wind.
New York CLE credit will be provided. New Jersey CLE approval is pending.
