Sierra Club Sustainability Series: Renewable Energy Growth in NYS

Join us on Monday October 21st for the first of our Sustainability events for the Fall 2019 season.

Renewable Energy Growth in NYS is the topic for Monday’s event.

We have 3 speakers:
  • Shay O’Reilly, Sierra Club New York City Senior Organizing representative will focus of renewable energy growth in New York City.
  • Wyldon Fishman has been involved with solar energy, energy conservation and renewable energy for 45 years and is the Vice-Chair and a Fellow of the American Solar Energy Society, and she is also the President of the  New York Solar Energy Society.
  • William O’Hearn is the Communications Manager at Business Network for Offshore Wind and is familiar with all aspects of offshore wind.

The Sierra Club New York City Sustainability Series events are held on the second floor of Seafarers and International House, 123 East 15th Street, NE Corner of Irving Place, one short block from SE Union Square.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for contributions and refreshments, announcements at 6:50 PM and the program starts 7:00 – 9:00 PM.
